Dennis Lehmann is an impressive example of how continuous education can foster a successful career in a medium-sized company. In 1998, he completed an internship at Günther, and a year later, he began his training as an industrial mechanic for machinery and systems technology. During his training, he gained experience in all departments of production, laying the foundation for his career.
“Thanks to my solid training with the company founder Helmut Günther, I had a great start to my professional life,” remembers Dennis Lehmann. After completing his training, he gained practical experience in assembly and then pursued further education as a state-certified technician in general mechanical engineering, completing it in 2011 with support from colleagues and supervisors who always had his back.
With his expanded knowledge, Dennis moved to work preparation and production planning, took over production management in 2010, and was appointed operations manager in 2021. Today, he is responsible for operational organization and compliance with safety regulations.
“I am grateful for the support I’ve received over the last 25 years and look forward to many more exciting years,” says Dennis. His journey shows how important training is for sustainable success.
