Sustainability starts in everyday life. That's why, at Podanfol, we've consistently digitalized our processes to significantly reduce paper consumption. With the introduction of our document management system, we capture, archive, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence entirely digitally. Contracts, certificates, and administrative letters are each assigned a unique ID and can be directly processed by the responsible employees – without unnecessary prints or copies. This not only saves valuable resources but also enhances the efficiency of our workflows.
We already send our invoices fully digitally. By 2026, the entire invoicing process will also be handled digitally by the tax authorities – another important step toward a paperless future. Our transformation shows: sustainability and efficiency go hand in hand. Less paper – more environmental awareness.
